There is a solution. There is a solution for addiction. There is a solution for terror, bewilderment, frustration, and despair. There is a solution for fear, and loneliness, and helplessness, and depression, and anxiety, and anger.

There is a solution for the current problems plaguing our world and threatening our future existence. As within, so without. The diseases of the spirit are the very same diseases that are destroying the planet bit by bit. The solution is also the same whether for the individual, or on a global scale.

Love, tolerance, and compassion. For ourselves, our past, our family and friends, our neighbors and strangers on the opposite side of the world. To know without doubt that each and everyone of us is connected by a life force that stretches from our innermost core to the farthest reaches of the universe.

This is the essential spiritual connection. To explore, discover, examine, and try to explain to others how a spiritual connection changed the course of my life…that is my path. To share my experience, strength, and hope.
